Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled TACT Welder to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with rebar, reading blueprints, and following design specifications to ensure quality welds. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent hours and a great work environment.

Location: Ashland, VA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM until work has been completed and Saturdays when needed.

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Weld and assemble rebar components according to blueprints and design instructions.
Use tape measure.
Ensure quality and precision in all welding tasks.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous welding experience, particularly with rebar.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
