Currently seeking an Office Manager for a great company in Salt Lake that provides service to semi-trailers and specializes in heavy-duty equipment repair, fabrication, and all types of semi-trailer repairs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of office management or related experience. You will be responsible for keeping the office running and overseeing administrative support.
Benefits for the Office Manager:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Compensation: $20.00 HR to $23.00 HR
- Full Benefits include Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, and Sick Leave.

Responsibilities for the Office Manager:
- Responsible for keeping the office running
- Administrative Support, organizing meetings, ordering supplies, etc.
- Provide customer service and assist with quotes, information, and reports.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and entering data.
Requirements for the Office Manager:
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient with programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint. etc.
- At least 1 year of office management or related experience
