Immediate need for outstanding candidates for the position of an Installation Helper. This position will assist Lead Installation Technicians in installing, dismantling, and moving machines, conveyors, and other equipment.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Starting Wage: $19.00 an hour
• This is a “direct-hire” opportunity and not a “contract-to-hire” or “temp” position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Installation Helper / Installer position include:

• Furnishes Lead Installation Techs with required materials, tools, and supplies.
• Moves materials, drills holes, measures, cuts & installs hangers, installs & dismantles machines or equipment.
• Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment. May erects scaffolding, nails together forms or mixes cement for machine foundations.

Qualificationsfor the Installation Helper / Installer position include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus at six months of related experience or training.
• Previous power tool, hand tool, tape measure and/or construction/mechanic experience preferred.
• Ability to read & interpret blueprints or documents such as instructions, procedure manuals or assembly manual is required.
• Strong shop math skills required with basic algebra & geometry preferred.
• Must be able to move or lift 50 lbs. and occasionally move or lift 100 lbs.
