Currently seeking an Admin Assistant/Sales for a growing roofing company in the Ogden area.
The Admin Assistant/Sales: will generally be providing quotes and information to homeowners and contractors. You will also be reviewing orders and ensuring accurate delivery and sale.
Benefits for the Admin Assistant/Sales:
- Starting Wage: $18-$21HR DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Direct Hire opportunity

Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant/Sales:
- Respond to all customer inquiries
- Quote and calculate pricing for customers or contractors
- Operate company software for orders, inventory, and quoting
- Collect payment on sales for cash customers
- Stock showroom materials and displays.
- Purchase materials needed
- Understand and assist with day to day operational activities
- Inform management of all complaints received by customers.
Requirements for the Admin Assistant/Sales:
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and negotiation
- Strong Customer service experience
- Bi-lingual English-Spanish
- Understanding of Roofing products
- At least 2 years of sales or retail experience.
