Currently seeking an Admin Assistant/Sales for a growing roofing company in the Ogden area.

The Admin Assistant/Sales: will generally be providing quotes and information to homeowners and contractors. You will also be reviewing orders and ensuring accurate delivery and sale. 

Benefits for the Admin Assistant/Sales: 

  • Starting Wage: $18-$21HR DOE
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Direct Hire opportunity

Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant/Sales:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries
  • Quote and calculate pricing for customers or contractors
  • Operate company software for orders, inventory, and quoting
  • Collect payment on sales for cash customers
  • Stock showroom materials and displays.
  • Purchase materials needed
  • Understand and assist with day to day operational activities
  • Inform management of all complaints received by customers. 

Requirements for the Admin Assistant/Sales:

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. 
  • Problem-solving and negotiation
  • Strong Customer service experience
  • Bi-lingual English-Spanish
  • Understanding of Roofing products
  • At least 2 years of sales or retail experience.
