The CNC Machinist Programmer duties include programming with FeatureCAM, set-up, and running a variety of CNC mills that are 4-5 axis.
This shop has their AS9100 & ISO9001 certification so close tolerance machining experience is essential for this position.
This on-site position is located in Ogden, UT.

Starting Wage: $40.00 - $42.00 an hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm or Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am available

This is a “direct-hire” opportunity and not a “contract” or “temp” position.
Qualifications for the CNC Machinist Programmer position include:
A minimum of 5-6 years of CNC Mill set-up & running parts along with programming with a CadCam system experience required. Prefer previous FeatureCAM experience along with aerospace, defense, or close tolerance machining experience.
Previous supervisor or lead experience is a plus.
Must be experienced programming, setting -up, and running mills, up to 5-axis. Mazak experience and some CNC lathe experience is preferred.
Recent Programming experience with FeatureCAM, Mastercam, GibbsCam or SolidCam is required.
Prior knowledge of AS9100 & ISO9001 certification or close tolerance machining experience such as machining in aerospace, defense, or medical machining is preferred.
Experience with CNC machine set-up, operations and maintenance is necessary.
Proficiency with manual measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers are required. Must own your own set of high-quality measuring devices.
Prior CMM set-up, running, or programming a plus but not required.
