A leading asphalt supplier & marketer that supplies a diverse product line of asphalts - polymer-modified asphalts and asphalt emulsions to the road maintenance and construction industry is looking for an energized, flexible self-starter to fill a full-time opening as a Shop Helper/Production Worker for a company in North Salt Lake. 

Benefits for the Shop Helper/Production Worker:

• Starting Salary: $19.00-$22.00 an hour with a potential 6% annual Bonus.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Full benefits are offered that include health, dental & vision insurance, paid holidays, 401k with a 6% match, and paid time off.
• This is a "direct-hire" opportunity and not a "temp" or "contract" position.
• Sign-On Bonus: $3000 sign-on bonus payable in three $1000 installments for the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities for Shop Helper/Production Worker:

• Plant maintenance
• Plant production
• Loading and unloading transport trucks using a forklift
• General housekeeping duties
• Gathering inventory data

Requirements for the Shop Helper/Production Worker:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous work experience, especially in the areas of manufacturing, production, or customer service.
• Basic Math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Communicate in English.
• Be able to work out in the weather during all times of the year
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform work using a full range of motion
