Role:develop net new accounts within the discrete manufacturing or distribution/services sector

Solution offering:technology proven to reduce costs, improve productivity, reduce injuries, and favorably impact quality associated with distribution, industry, and manufacturing operations. Their enterprise clients are more agile in competing and delivering value to their customers.

Location: SoutheastMid Atlantic, South (Texas), or Midwest

Technology, PROVEN to:

  • Survey facility and produce a map for operators to create the most optimized approach for robots to perform procedures; and move parts, equipment throughout a facility; or perform manufacturing/assembly procedures
  • Continuously “see” changes to facility and adapt on a real-time basis
  • Eliminate the traditional several months of time and several hundred thousand dollars of investment to set up an automated facility. Instead the initial set up can just take a few days with no additional infrastructure costs
  • Intelligently engage different devices attached to the robot depending on the need, i.e., have a device to swap out pallets but also engage an arm to pick up a loose part as it travels throughout a facility
  • Can adjust to a changing facility’s set up on the fly, with no additional downtime or expense associated with the required changes in configuration

Sales Support:
  • Finely tuned marketing organization that creates compelling and multi medium content that makes it easy for a prospect to see the value and want to explore the ROI
  • A business development, lead generation organization. Their BDR process is currently kicking off 10 to 15 QUALIFIED Opportunities per month. Opportunities are qualified as they become real pursuits for the Sales executive.
  • 1:1 ratio between Field Sales and Application Engineering personnel

Quota: $4m+

Compensation:

  • $110k to $140k base salary
  • $220k to $280k On Target Earnings (no cap, accelerators)
  • Attractive benefits

Sales cycle:6-12 months

Candidate Criteria:

  • 10+ years of experience selling $250k+ SOFTWARE to address needs related to manufacturing, distribution, or facility automation
  • Track record of reaching or surpassing quota selling net new accounts
  • Infrequent job changes
  • Team oriented
  • Willing to embrace team’s best sales practices and methodology
