Technology: Data availability and Application Recovery purpose built to enable mission critical business applications to realize the benefits of OpenStack (cost containment, scale, flexibility, etc.), containers, hypervisors, etc. while also achieving business continuity and assurance, and compliance.

Role:address customer needs; engage skills related to Linux, networking, debugging logs, Python code, and cloud and virtualization technologies. Must have the ability to learn on-the-fly and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a technical role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Networking, cloud, and virtualization concepts
  • Backup and recovery concepts (or least data center technology experience)
