PreSales responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to help inform potential customers of company’s value. Serve as the connection between a customer’s specific business problems and the proposed solution. Communicate the proposed solution to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences. Build demonstrations and execute proof-of-concepts. Provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.


Post-Sale responsibilities: very little, send customer to support resources when required


Required Candidate attributes:

  • Presales Engineering experience
  • Experience and current ability to write SQL from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS
  • College degree, preferably in Computer Science or Math
  • Energy level and desire to participate in several concurrent sales cycles across many SMB prospects
