Role: Senior Implementation Manager for 10+- Fortune 1000 customers

Location: NY or Chicago

Compensation: up to $140k, plus 20% performance base compensation and equity; 401k, unlimited PTO

Travel: 25%


  • Lead the end to end implementation for largest and most strategic customers
  • Determine business solutions for sourcing and procurement teams - create project plans and outline steps to success
  • Learn customer’s objectives, and create and present plans
  • Configure platform to meet client needs
  • Develop documentation on workflow and established configuration settings
  • Identify, document, and communicate technical requirements to product and engineering teams
  • Develop relationships with client executives, managers, and users
  • Take ownership over success of implementation

Position reports to: executive who oversees Customer Success and Implementation

Required Candidate Attributes:

  • 4-year bachelors degree
  • Do not require sponsorship
  • Experience implementing multiple concurrent clients
  • Experience implementation SaaS solutions with 2-4 month implantation cycles (not two weeks or 14+ months)
  • Superb communication skills
  • Executive presence
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS/software implementations, account management or other consulting
  • Strong project management skills and functional requirements gathering skills
  • Exceptional presence and presentation skills
  • Experience with configuration or administration of SAAS software
  • Collaborative team member
  • Domain knowledge relative to SaaS related solutions for procurement, supply chain, contract management, or vendor management
