Role: Sales Operations

Chicago OR Greater Boston (This role can work from home 4 out of the 5 days a week)

Solution offering: Trade Promotion Management and pricing SaaS to help CPG companies improve return on investment in “Trade Spend”, incentives, coupons, local advertising, etc.. Improved timeliness and accuracy in seeing what trade spend is worthwhile and where to adjust to improve ROI

Compensation: competitive

Responsibilities: (*requires related candidate experience; otherwise nice to have candidate experience)

  • *Sales enablement, including the procurement and dissemination of sales content to the sales team
  • *Power user of marketing and sales SaaS applications to support sales (Hubspot and SF.com; Marketing conducts the actual administration of these systems)
  • *Territory and named account definition support: research suitable accounts worthy of sales' pursuit, and assist in allocating to sales people based on geography, fairness, and maximum sales coverage
  • Assist in documenting best sales practices to help with on-boarding new sales personnel
  • Assist with proposal generation
  • Periodically audit of Salesforce (with the support of Linked-In Navigator and DiscoverOrg) to insure data integrity for targeted accounts and their respective contacts
  • *List creation for sales campaigns (via Business/Sales Development team) of targeted accounts
  • *Assist with creation and management of periodic sales kick off and pipeline review meetings
  • Sales performance and commission tracking
