What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities:

• Process 30-50 invoices weekly through accounts payable workflows
• Handle accounts receivable functions including check deposits and payment processing
• Manage comprehensive data entry across multiple systems including MS Access and Tyler Munis
• Process various paper-based forms including invoices, leave requests, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end procedures

Systems & Tools:

• Tyler Munis financial software (experience preferred but comprehensive training provided)
• Traditional paper-based processing systems
