What You'll Do:

• Be the Benefits Hero - Serve as the main point of contact for employees, insurance carriers, and vendors, helping solve enrollment issues and answer questions with a smile
• Keep the Numbers Right - Handle benefit billing reconciliations, process invoices, and make sure all the financial pieces fit together perfectly
• Detective Work - Research and resolve discrepancies in billing, enrollments, and deductions - perfect for someone who loves solving puzzles!
• Data & Reporting - Maintain benefits databases, create helpful spreadsheets, and generate reports that keep everyone informed
• New Employee Support - Lead biweekly benefits orientations and help new hires understand their options
• Open Enrollment Champion - Coordinate the annual enrollment process and keep all communications and websites up-to-date
• Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits processing
• Continuous Improvement - Research and recommend ways to make benefits programs even better

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2 years full-time experience = 1 year education)
• 2+ years of benefits administration experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• HRIS system proficiency and strong software skills
• Experience with benefit account reconciliations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to inclusive practices
