What You'll Accomplish

Strategic Contract Leadership

• Negotiate, draft, and finalize complex contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements that protect company interests while fostering strong business relationships
• Build and maintain valuable partnerships with vendors, subcontractors, and key customers
• Develop and implement contract management systems that enhance efficiency and reduce risk

Compliance Excellence

• Ensure seamless compliance with DBE requirements and other regulatory mandates
• Manage comprehensive tracking systems for contracts, insurance, licenses, and permits
• Provide essential project compliance documentation including insurance, bonds, and specialized requirements

Risk Management & Resolution

• Expertly handle lien procedures, stop notices, and mechanic liens
• Coordinate internal claims processes and insurance company relationships
• Transform potential legal challenges into managed business outcomes

Innovation & Process Enhancement

• Leverage advanced technologies to streamline operations and improve department effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that deliver measurable business value

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track record managing teams and department operations
• Deep understanding of contract law and legal principles
