Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: El Paso, Texas area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Automation discipline
• Maintenance Supervisory experience leading a team of Technicians on multiple shifts.
• Start-up and equipment transfers experience a plus.
• Create a Preventative Maintenance and Work Flows process.
• Participate in Project Management of Capital Equipment (CAPEX).
• Strong knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), HMI, and VFD.
• Improve Machine conditions to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Troubleshoot and Repair Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic equipment.
• Update and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Flexibility to work various shifts in a semi-automated, fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
