Position: Baking & Mixing Supervisor

Location: Clifton, New Jersey area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. (Associate’s degree preferred)
• At least 3 years of Bakery Mixing experience
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SQF, and AIB

Basic Job Duties

• Ensure consistent food production according to the company’s recipes and standards.
• Supervise Bakers engaged in Mixing, Proofing and oven Baking operations.
• Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing flow of products being baked.
• Oversee the daily production shift plans and schedules.
• Monitor Baking Science of Time, Temperature, and Humidity.
• Ensure Quality, Food Safety, Production Efficiencies, minimal Waste
