Position: Production Supervisor (Bakery)

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of Bakery Production experience
- AIB Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, and SQF
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred
Basic Job Duties
- Supervise, Coach, Train, and Crosstrain all Production employees.
- Ensure consistent food production according to the company’s standards and recipes.
- Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing of baked products.
- Confirm all equipment is running properly and operating at correct speeds.
- Review Production schedules and final orders. Coordinate any changes,
- Ensure that products are produced with Quality and Safety in mind.
- Maintain a clean work area, efficient production, skilled labor, and eliminate waste.
