Position: Production Supervisor (Bakery)

Location: Egg Harbor, New Jersey 08232 

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of Bakery Production experience
• AIB Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, and SQF
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred

Basic Job Duties

• Supervise, Coach, Train, and Crosstrain all Production employees.
• Ensure consistent food production according to the company’s standards and recipes.
• Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing of baked products.
• Confirm all equipment is running properly and operating at correct speeds.
• Review Production schedules and final orders.  Coordinate any changes,
• Ensure that products are produced with Quality and Safety in mind.
• Maintain a clean work area, efficient production, skilled labor, and eliminate waste.
