Position: Baking Supervisor 
Alternate Title: Oven Supervisor

Location: Atlantic City, NJ

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of Bakery experience
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SQF, and AIB
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Basic Job Duties

• Ensure consistent food production according to the company’s recipes and standards.
• Supervise Bakers engaged in proofing and oven baking operations.
• Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing flow of products being baked.
• Oversee the daily production shift plans and schedules.
• Monitor Baking Science of Time, Temperature, and Humidity.
• Ensure Quality, Food Safety, Production Efficiencies, minimal Waste
