Position: Head Baker

Location: Clifton, New Jersey area

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of commercial Baking experience
• Strong organization skills, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• HACCP, GMP, BRC, SQF, AIB, and USDA knowledge.
• Follow all company Recipes and procedures for production: scaling, mixing and baking instructions for each item produced.
• Schedule production lines accordingly to priorities: Ensure safety, quality and efficiencies of production.
