BUILDING MATERIAL SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Material Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling building materials, including cement, paint, dry mix, wall putty, tile adhesives, and related products.
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration or any similar qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling building materials
Location: Dar Es Salaam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets for building materials products.
- Identify and target potential customers, building and maintaining a strong customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize CRM tools and other technology to effectively manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Demonstrate strong adaptability to changing market dynamics and take accountability for achieving sales results.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration or any similar qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling building materials, including cement, paint, dry mix, wall putty, tile adhesives, grouts, etc.
- In-depth understanding of company products, industry trends, and effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency with computers, including CRM tools, to manage and track customer interactions.
- Strong adaptability to changing market dynamics and a proven ability to take accountability for results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as needed.
