POSITION: Workers’ Compensation Attorney

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime

LOCATION: Sherman Oaks, CA 91411

SCHEDULE: M -F 40hrs

PAY RANGE: $90,000 to $140,000 salary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Busy workers’ compensation law firm with an excellent reputation for representing injured workers is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney.
• The ideal candidate is someone with 2-5 years’ experience, with stellar writing skills and a keen ability to analyze cases.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2- 5 years’ experience in either plaintiff or defense workers’ compensation law

 

• Firm understanding of workers’ compensation law, regulations, and procedures

 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

• Strong research and analytical skills

 

• Strong technology skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
