About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and accounting across multiple business units.
Transform financial operations by building strong internal controls and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
After financial functions are stabilized and optimized, assume broader leadership responsibilities in areas such as Human Resources, IT, and Operations.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and leadership team to support growth initiatives and improve operational performance.
Participate in annual strategic planning sessions, contributing to long-term business development and execution.
Manage relationships with external financial institutions.
Partner with operations leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements, with a focus on optimizing production facilities.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to use financial data for better decision-making and process enhancements.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive improvements in data integrity and consistency across all business units.
Establish and maintain rigorous financial procedures that produce accurate, actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
