Director of Digital
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite in CA)
Compensation: $180–200K (flexible up to $225K) + 15% bonus
Reports to: SVP of IT
We’re seeking a strategic and business-savvy Director of Technology to lead digital initiatives across ecommerce, mobile, and merchandising platforms, with a strong focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce and a clear vision for its future evolution, as well as experience with mobile app innovation and merchandising tools.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strong business acumen, particularly in understanding operational and accounting workflows. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and with offshore development teams to drive platform performance, scalability, and innovation.
Key Qualifications:
Proven leadership in DTC ecommerce and technology strategy
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Commerce, Marketing, or Service Cloud)
Familiarity with mobile app development and customer engagement tools
Experience with merchandise planning and tools
Ability to align technical decisions with business and accounting impacts
Experience managing offshore development resources
