Conexus is seeking a dynamic VP / Head of Applications Development to drive our client's strategic vision and align the development team with business goals, with potential to evolve into a CIO role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of onshore and offshore developers.
• Oversee the full SDLC for eCommerce platforms, including custom and packaged solutions.
• Manage eCommerce implementations (Shopify, Magento, etc.).
• Align application development with business objectives.
• Background in leadership in either distribution, retail, or eCommerce companies.
• Coordinate with external managed services and QA teams.
• Manage Product Information Management (PIM) and master data projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce platform management and SDLC.
• Strong background in leading development teams and strategic projects.
• Experience with Shopify or Magento.
• Knowledge of PIM or master data projects is a plus.
• Expertise in distribution, retail, and eCommerce.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Must have smaller or mid size company background.

Additional Information

• Occasional travel for meetings, possibly once a month.
