Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a strategic Head of Compensation, Director level. To partner with the Head of HR and business leaders in establishing and building a robust Compensation Philosophy. If you are someone who thrives in startups, building comp structures, and is open to an in office role, this is for you!
Location - Santa Monica, IN OFFICE 5 DAYS
Compensation -160-200k Base plus Bonus 20-30%
Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of compensation programs such as annual merit and performance review process, bonus, and equity programs;
- Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed, approved and followed;
- Consult with senior leadership regarding compensation program development and interpretation;
- Partner with the management team, consult and resolve compensation issues using creative and strategic approaches;
- Develops creative solutions to compensation-related challenges that balance business considerations with retention and engagement objectives;
- Monitors changes in the healthcare job market ensuring that the company is able to recruit, retain and reward top talent.
- Establish competitive LTI programs across brands to support growth and retention of firm employees.
- Make continuous improvements to systems that support compensation, HRIS and/or other tools.
- Partner with business leadership on establishing compensation bands, leveling, and architecture.
Requirements:
- Experience with designing and administering compensation and incentive plans;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills;
- This position requires successful completion of a background check and employment verification.
