Compensation: $190,000 - $220,000 + 20% Bonus

Position Summary
As the Director of Finance & Strategy, you will be a crucial part of the leadership team in a growing multi-entity healthcare organization. This role involves partnering directly with the Business Unit President to lead and enhance the finance function + greater business as a whole.
- Be a true business advisor and have a heavy amount of interaction and partnering with the executive team that runs and makes the business flourish
- Support in integrations of acquisitions and in analysis of future targets
Your expertise in strategic finance initiatives will be vital in guiding the company's aggressive growth plans. Additionally, you will provide ownership and support to business unit and department leaders, including those in Shared Services and regional operations.
Must Have Background/Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Econ
- MBA strongly preferred
- 8+ years minimum experience in corporate finance, strategy, consulting
- Have worked for a Big 4 Consulting/reputable Consulting firm in Strategy / Finance Transformation OR has experience in Healthcare/Medical, Multi-location/clinic environments
- Experience with M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning
- Can break down complex problems and deliver solutions through clear storytelling to the business
- Strong knowledge of process flow, system enhancement, and operational growth levers
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders and regional teams to shape and execute strategies aligned with overarching corporate goals and key performance benchmarks.
- Develop and present comprehensive performance reviews, utilizing data insights to guide financial updates for senior leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor, offering actionable financial insights to inform leadership decisions and enhance execution efforts.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to synchronize financial objectives with broader business priorities.
- Oversee the assessment and reporting of regional performance, delivering updates on financial outcomes, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain financial models to support critical business initiatives, ensuring all plans are grounded in sound fiscal analysis.
- Provide in-depth financial evaluations to identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency improvements.
- Offer feedback on business assumptions, providing constructive input to refine goals and strategies.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, collaborating with specialized teams to drive effective resolutions.
- Guide stakeholders in evaluating decision-making trade-offs with clear financial perspectives.
- Support integration efforts for new clinic operations, contributing to due diligence and transition planning.
- Build productive relationships across teams to drive alignment between strategic objectives and financial goals.
- Translate complex financial details into practical recommendations that are easily actionable for decision-makers.
- Champion innovative approaches in financial operations and adapt processes to meet evolving business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial practices, fostering agility and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Prioritize business needs effectively, ensuring focus remains on the most impactful initiatives amid shifting demands.
- Leads the integration of finance activities following mergers or acquisitions.
