Compensation: $200K - $230K plus Bonus 25% + Equity + plus profit sharing plan

 

Role:

• Hybrid accounting and finance role
• She needs someone who was an accountant earlier in their career but moved into a finance position

• Role oversees property accounting

• Manages a team of 6 including:

• Property accounting manager

• 3 property accountants

• Sr. Accountant of development accounting

• Financial Analyst

• Position owns data analytics and metric reporting for the company

• Monthly consolidated cash flow forecast

• Monthly credit utilization schedule (working closely with CFO for this schedule)

   

Must Haves:

• Commercial real estate background

• An accounting position somewhere in their work history

• Yardi
