Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to assist with transactional reporting, special finance projects, and help the executive team with strategic decision-making. This role works closely with senior leadership to provide insights that shape the company’s financial strategy, support business growth, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong financial analysis skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Decision Support
    • Design and implement management dashboards that surface insights in real time and reduce manual reporting. Leverage internal data structures to further build upon rate and volume reporting across practices.
    • Partner with the SVP of Business Analytics to leverage the company’s drug margin reporting and practice staffing metrics, and with driving actionable results.
    • Partner with the Chief Growth and Performance Officer to understand and monitor the company’s “4 wall analysis” and report on practice optimization opportunities.
    • Monitor and track managed care rates across the platform, including underlying changes, that could increase or decrease practice revenues
  • Strategic Finance & Special Projects
    • Tackle complex and important projects prioritized by the CEO and CFO, owning ad-hoc analyses and cross-functional projects that drive long-term value creation (e.g., margin expansion, new-market entry, capital-allocation scenarios).
    • Stand up lightweight, repeatable frameworks so special projects can transition smoothly to operating teams once validated.
  • Board & Investor Relations
    • Maintain, refine, and communicate the long-range plan (LRP) narrative, linking operating KPIs to value drivers and shareholder returns.
