Job Summary Provide financial leadership in managing the financial data for multiple entities/divisions of an assigned region. Job Description Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the closing of the month books for entities assigned
• Responsible for verifying and reconciling the monthly trial balance numbers for each entity and make necessary adjustments
• Prepare various balance sheet account reconciliations
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Calculate and record month end adjustments for accrued expenses, prepaids, and deferred revenue
• Manage approval of bills to be paid and ensure G/L coding is correct.
• Work with accounting director for completion of month end financial reporting
• Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed
• Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels
• Assist department managers and General manager with the entities for job costing reporting and analysis.
• Review weekly and monthly results with General Manager and department heads to explain results, monthly variance to budget and suggest improvements and changes that need to be implemented
• Provide weekly financial snapshot updates for Corporate Controller
• Assist with the annual financial audit
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and work with GM and department heads for completion
• Assist with the integration of acquisitions, as needed
• Other tasks and projects as they are assigned
