JDE E1 Business Analyst - Homebuilding

Job Description:
The JDE Homebuilder Analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) applications in the homebuilding sector. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analyzing requirements, supporting system enhancements, and providing troubleshooting assistance. The analyst will also develop reports using ReportsNow and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and document processes related to homebuilding operations.
• Lead JDE E1 system implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Manage projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with IT teams.
• Develop and deliver training and create documentation for users.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop reports to track business performance and system usage.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of JDE E1, especially Homebuilder Management and Financials.
• Experience with Hyphen BuildPro is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools.
• Database and SQL knowledge is beneficial.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with JDE E1 in homebuilding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
