IT Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a contract to hire with SAAS support experience to work onsite in the Irvine area. 

Job Description:

o 4 + years of experience as IT Support (Help Desk/Desktop)

o Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Active Directory.

o Exp. with IT Ticketing System (Freshdesk, Service Now etc.)

o Exp. supporting Office 365, Adobe DC, Teams, etc.

o Exp. supporting Windows and Macs PC environment.

o Exp. supporting Windows 7, 10 & 11 Operating Systems

o Exp. supporting Copiers, Printers, Scanners, BYOD, & eFax.

o Exp. with DNS, DHCP, SFTP, SSO, etc.

o Exp. installing and setting up VPN clients.

o Exp. with IT Add/Move/Change Requests

o Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

o Familiarity with remote access platform and troubleshooting

o Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and cabling

o Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

o Must have a proven customer service background
