Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead the execution of the company's annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets and performance metrics.

Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with executive leadership to support the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of strategic decisions on financial performance.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, providing recommendations for improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the FP&A function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes. Drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Ad-hoc Analysis:

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide decision support to various departments as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from executive leadership regarding financial performance.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree, CPA is not required but a bonus.

10 years related finance/accounting experience

Experience in a large company environment, such as publicly traded organization, private equity environment, or equivalent experience auditing or consulting for large companies

Strong with financial reports, ad hoc operational reporting and financial modeling experience preferred

Strong ERP/Software/Modeling Experience

Communication with the C-Suite is required
