Position Summary
We are seeking a Contract to Hire Cleanroom Quality Technician. The Cleanroom Quality Technician supports the QA/RA Manager in maintaining quality standards within a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role performs inspections at receiving, in-process, and final stages, while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Follow ISO13485 and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections (receiving, in-process, final)
• Review cleanroom monitoring and cleaning records for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate quality concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions
• Create inspection templates and maintain records using Microsoft Office
• Perform receiving inspections on incoming materials
• Support proper cleanroom operations (gowning and PPE required)

 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with ISO13485 or similar quality systems preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured procedures
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with required garments and PPE
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
