Position Overview:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be a key representative of our client’s brand, driving growth and fostering meaningful client relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass lead generation, managing the end-to-end sales process, mentoring team members, and ensuring an outstanding experience for high-net-worth clients.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in custom luxury home sales, a passion for high-end design, and a proven ability to navigate the unique demands of the luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other strategic channels to grow the client’s footprint in your area.
- Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their unique needs to provide a bespoke experience.
- Sales Process Oversight: Manage the entire sales journey, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring seamless and exceptional service throughout.
- CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in the client’s CRM system to optimize sales efficiency.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about luxury real estate trends, custom home processes, and high-end finishings to offer expert guidance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and deliver unparalleled results.
- Mentorship: Share expertise and support the development of the sales team in your area, fostering a high-performing environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to your region to meet and exceed targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales activities and regional performance, offering insights for improvement.
- Client Experience: Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the client’s brand at events and client engagements, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in luxury home building.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in luxury home sales, with an in-depth understanding of the custom home building process, high-end finishings, and luxury real estate market.
- Proven ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the full sales lifecycle.
- Experience mentoring and leading sales professionals.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a dedication to upholding the client’s brand values.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Follow Up Boss is an asset.
- A passion for luxury design and a sharp eye for detail in high-end aesthetics.
