Job Description
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to fuel our growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage high-quality technical candidates.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes to understand where to find the best talent.
- Build and Maintain Talent Pools: Proactively engage with potential candidates, creating and nurturing relationships for current and future openings.
- Utilize Recruitment Tools: Leverage applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring teams to understand their specific requirements and provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Promote Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s employer brand on social media and other platforms, showcasing our culture and career opportunities.
- Assist in Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
- Report on Sourcing Metrics: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a software or technology-focused environment.
- Proven ability to source candidates for roles, including GTM, G&A, marketing, software engineering, data science, and IT positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring all candidates feel valued and respected.
- Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
