About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Account Executive to join a growing sales organization that partners with small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. This role blends transactional speed with consultative depth — you’ll engage with decision-makers at companies navigating important purchasing decisions for the first time, helping them choose the right solution for their teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and help build the sales systems that enable repeatable success as the company scales.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a hybrid sales motion, balancing high-velocity opportunities with more complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Build trusted relationships with business owners, finance leaders, and HR decision-makers across diverse industries.

  • Tailor conversations to both technical and non-technical audiences, guiding them through available options and value.

  • Partner with internal teams to refine the sales process and improve the customer experience.

  • Track activity, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy with consistency and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of closing new business.

  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling, comfortable navigating complex conversations and varied buyer types.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt style to audience.

  • Motivated by growth, energized by ambiguity, and excited to help shape a new go-to-market structure.

  • Experience selling within service-oriented or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
