About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Account Executive to join a growing sales organization that partners with small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. This role blends transactional speed with consultative depth — you’ll engage with decision-makers at companies navigating important purchasing decisions for the first time, helping them choose the right solution for their teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and help build the sales systems that enable repeatable success as the company scales.
What You'll Do
Manage a hybrid sales motion, balancing high-velocity opportunities with more complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Build trusted relationships with business owners, finance leaders, and HR decision-makers across diverse industries.
Tailor conversations to both technical and non-technical audiences, guiding them through available options and value.
Partner with internal teams to refine the sales process and improve the customer experience.
Track activity, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy with consistency and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of closing new business.
Background in consultative or solution-based selling, comfortable navigating complex conversations and varied buyer types.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt style to audience.
Motivated by growth, energized by ambiguity, and excited to help shape a new go-to-market structure.
Experience selling within service-oriented or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
