Job Description

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and securing top talent to help drive our business forward. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process: From sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct Thorough Assessments: Evaluate candidates’ qualifications through comprehensive interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with company's values and culture.
  • Build Relationships with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, culture, and specific hiring needs, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Enhance the Candidate Experience: Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Leverage Recruitment Technology: Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and track metrics.
  • Drive Employer Branding Initiatives: Actively promote company’s employer brand through social media and professional networking, showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Participate in Talent Market Research: Analyze industry trends and talent market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Facilitate Onboarding: Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, helping them integrate into the team and culture.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment, preferably within the software or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles across various functions and levels, from entry to executive.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring all candidates feel valued and respected.
  • Comfortable using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, with experience in maintaining accurate records and candidate pipelines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
