Survey Reporting Analyst
Position Type: Full-time
Work Location: Remote
The Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer experience data to generate client presentations and reports with actionable insights and findings. Your output will impact the business decisions of our real estate customers, from the property to the executive level. You will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the quality of execution and excellence in deliverables.

Responsibilities
• Create presentations and reports from customer experience survey data
• Analyze and interpret large data sets in Qlik Sense, Tableau, and other proprietary tools
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Communicate updates and key milestones to Implementation Managers
• Serve as a subject matter expert regarding reporting methodologies and capabilities
Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• Four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• High degree of computer proficiency (advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint, ability to work with and learn new software applications)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Intense attention to detail and high-quality of work
• Strict adherence to established project milestones and deadlines
• Self-motivation/willingness to take initiative
• Data visualization, relational database, or statistical software experience a plus (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
