We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with deep experience in SaaS architectures, AWS cloud services, and modern web development. You will work across our stack—React, Python, AWS Lambda, MySQL (RDS), and AWS SAM for deployments. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can help architect new solutions, optimize existing systems, and collaborate with both engineering and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain product features.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services in Python, leveraging AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
• Develop and optimize front-end components using React.
• Architect and optimize database solutions using MySQL (RDS).
• Lead and participate in AWS SaaS deployments using AWS SAM and other DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with product management, customer support, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Interact with customer support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and provide architectural guidance as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a focus on SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend/API development.
• Solid experience with React for modern front-end development.
• Experience with legacy PHP systems and willingness to maintain or refactor as needed.
• Deep understanding of AWS services (Lambda, RDS, IAM, S3, etc.) and SaaS deployment best practices.
• Experience with AWS SAM or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong database design and optimization skills with MySQL.
• Proven ability to architect and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with customer support or client-facing teams to resolve issues and gather requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other AWS DevOps tools (CloudFormation, CodePipeline, etc.).
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices for SaaS platforms.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment.
• PHP experience.
