A national hotel and restaurant group is searching for a high-volume Hotel Executive Chef. The property has several outlets including an upscale full-service restaurant and large event space. The ideal candidate should have high volume, multi-unit experience, a passion for quality in a scratch kitchen, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Past experience with events is key and a strong knowledge of financials and the ability to work with many other departments under one roof. The position offers an excellent compensation plan ($100k-$120k Plus Bonus), benefits that include a 401k package, and growth potential.
