A Construction Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the office, including administrative tasks, legal compliance, permit management, and invoicing.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be adept at multitasking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

  • Review and manage all legal documents and permits related to construction projects. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Coordinate the application, renewal, and tracking of permits required for various projects. Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients. Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

Skills required:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, or in a similar role within the construction industry.
