In-House Sale Representative

A large appliance company is seeking an In-House Salesman to be responsible for converting leads into sales by promoting and selling their wide range of home appliances. You will work closely with the customer to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a smooth sales process. The company provides the leads, and your goal is to turn these opportunities into satisfied customers. Responsibilities:- Follow up on and qualify inbound leads provided by the company, ensuring timely and personalized communication to address customer inquiries and needs.
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via email to understand their requirements and recommend the best appliance solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of appliances to customers, explaining how they meet the customer’s needs and lifestyle.
- Close sales by processing orders and completing paperwork. Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to the sales manager.
Skills required:- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, to understand customer needs and close sales.
- A keen focus on delivering a positive customer experience, addressing concerns, and building long-term relationships.
- Strong sales ability, including upselling and cross-selling, and handling objections professionally.
- Knowledgeable about the company’s appliance products and able to explain features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
Requirements:- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or appliances, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
