This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, structured functional requirements that guide software development. Working closely with business liaisons, UI/UX designers, and development and QA teams, the Business Analyst ensures alignment across stakeholders without engaging in technical implementation details such as architecture or coding. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of software development processes and excels at turning complex business goals into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business liaisons to gather and understand business goals, challenges, and high-level concepts.
• Translate business needs into structured, detailed functional requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work alongside UI/UX designers to ensure functional alignment with user experience design.
• Facilitate cross-functional understanding of requirements among development, QA, and design teams.
