The role will involve drafting contracts, providing legal advice, handling commercial transactions, and representing the company in eviction proceedings and other legal actions.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing rental contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.

• Providing legal counsel and guidance on landlord/tenant relations, residential and commercial property matters.

• Handling eviction proceedings, injunctions, non-payment proceedings, and disputes related to tenant conduct (e.g., noise complaints, violations).

• Representing the company in court proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in rental contracts, tenant-landlord relations, or litigation, preferably with a focus on landlord/tenant residential and commercial cases.

• Familiarity with rent-stabilized and high-rent properties, including programs such as E-Wrap and L.
