The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience and a strong background in managing or supervising teams.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

• Coordinate project schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of jobs.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and resolving any service-related issues.

• Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
