A leading Wealth Management Company is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with high net worth individual, trust, gift, nonprofit, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

This role requires collaboration with team members to provide the highest level of service to our clients, sophisticated tax research, and mentoring of the Tax Services team.

• Manage the final review of high net worth individual, trust, gift, and nonprofit tax returns, as well as corporate and partnership tax returns.

• Serve as a firm-wide resource for sophisticated tax research, providing expertise in client meetings as needed.

• Represent clients to government taxing authorities, handling inquiries and resolving tax issues.

• Research technical tax matters and apply findings to client needs, ensuring compliance and optimal tax strategies.

Skills required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

• Proven ability to represent clients to government taxing authorities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote or hybrid work environment.

• Strong research skills with the ability to apply findings to client-specific situations.

Requirements:

• CPA certification required.

• 2-10 years’ experience in high net worth tax preparation and planning.
