A growing and successful Plumbing Supply Company is seeking an adept Salesman to join their team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting the products, and securing sales, with a focus on residential developments. Responsibilities include: Conduct proactive sales visits to residential developments, building relationships with contractors, developers, and architects to generate sales leads and secure business. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings, including features, specifications, and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams, including purchasing, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Skills needed: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Self motivated with a "can-do" attitude. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field. Willingness to travel and conduct sales visits within designated territories.
