A large and growing eCommerce company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue growth for their company. This executive role will oversee sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly analytical, and experienced in scaling digital businesses. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, optimize pricing, and identify new market opportunities. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand expansion. Use analytics, KPIs, and performance insights to refine revenue-generating strategies. Enhance the customer journey to increase lifetime value (LTV) and repeat purchases. Skills: Strategic Leadership – Ability to develop and execute high-level revenue strategies. eCommerce & Digital Expertise – Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and customer behavior. Analytics & Performance Tracking – Proficiency in data analysis, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and business intelligence tools.
