A construction and design company is seeking an experienced Purchaser to join their team.

This role is responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring projects run efficiently by securing high-quality products at competitive prices. Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Monitor project budgets, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.

• Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, contracts, and industry regulations while maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Skills:

• Negotiation & Vendor Management – Ability to secure the best pricing and terms from suppliers.

• Attention to Detail – Strong organizational skills to track costs, inventory, and delivery schedules.

• Capability to evaluate purchasing trends and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Ability to collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience preferably in the construction or design industry.

• Experience in negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis.

• Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and supplier compliance.
