A tech-enabled, people-centric benefits firm is seeking an Account Manager to manage day-to-day service for a portfolio of employee benefits clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented relationship builder who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver best-in-class benefits support.
Prior experience in group employee benefits or client account service is preferred.
The Job:
Manage daily service and client support needs across a designated book of business
Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits clients, fostering strong relationships
Prepare materials for open enrollments, renewals, compliance, and plan communications
Coordinate with internal analysts and consultants to ensure timely, accurate plan execution
Support renewal strategy, quoting, and benefit plan changes in collaboration with carriers and partners
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in agency management systems
